Apply the patch.
  ftp://ftp.itojun.org/pub/misc/darwin-v6-patch.Apple-201-15.diff
  パッチを当てます。
Build the kernel by the following commands.
  以下のコマンドでカーネルを作成します。

 % cd xnu
 % source SETUP/setup.csh
 % make exporthdrs
 % make
