To alter the developers list you need to:

1. Make sure your htdocs tree is up-to-date.
2. Read ../developers/htdocs.html
3. Make name entity changes in ../share/xml/developers.ent and commit
4. Add any changes to developerdb.xml (NOTE: this file is in
   alphabetical order; it contains group membership information which
   is used to generate groups/index.html)
5. ``make developers.html groups/index.html'' to make sure
   developerdb.xml is correct
6. Commit developerdb.xml, developers.html, and groups/index.html
