起動メッセージをよく見たら，

scsibus0 at umass0: 2 targets, 1 luns per target

みたいなのが出てたので，
何度か起動し直したら見えるようになりました．(_o_)

今のところ，2,3 回に 1 回くらいの割合で認識できてます．
なんかタイミングが違うんですかねえ…．

で，ZIP メディア自体は MSDOS でフォーマットしてあって
disklabel でパーティション情報等を見ることできたので
mount しよーと思ったのですが，

# mount -t msdos /dev/sd0a /mnt
mount_msdos: /dev/sd0a on /mnt: Operation not supported by device

となるんですけどやり方間違えてます？(^^;)
同じように

# mount -t kernfs /kern /kern
mount_kernfs: kernfs on /kern: Operation not supported by device
# mount -t cd9660 /dev/cd0a /mnt
mount_cd9660: /dev/cd0a on /mnt: Operation not supported by device

となるのでなんか勘違いしてるのかなとか(弱気)．

ただし，ffs での newfs は可能で，
とりあえず全部 a に割り当てて newfs した後の

# mount /dev/sd0a /mnt

はうまくいってます．読み書きその他問題なし．
でも MacOS で読めない．:-<
