とりあえず以下の状態でcommitします。

○teTeXから一気にmake installするとうまくいかない件は適当な
  cookieファイルを使えば回避できそうですので、週末に考えてみ
  ます。

○distcleanの件はbsd.pkg.mkを直せばいいようです。

○mendexkを追加しました。

普通あるよなーと思ってちょっと調べてみました。

${LOCALBASE}/share/texmf.local/web2c/の中に以下のような記述
がありますので、ローカルの設定は${PREFIX}/share/texmf.local
に書けばいいようです。
