要は営利目的や企業で使う場合はfaxで登録して、
このソフトを利用して出した物は公開しなさいってことで、
確かに、制限はあるけどCOMMERCIALで使っちゃだめって事でもない訳です。
ここらへんのlicenseの取り扱いはちゃんと理解していないませんが、
GPLともBSD licenseとも違うので、
pkgsrc/licenses以下にコピーするだけでいいんでしょうかね？
