vflib-lib vs. jp-vflib-lib




Hi!

I don't understand why the japanese/vflib-lib is installed as
jp-vflib-lib, but anyways the patch below fixes the recent build problems
in ghostscript. Can you please sanity-check this and commit if you think
it's right? I still don't understand most of the buildlink code. :>
