よい機会なので、ライセンス的に問題がある上記二つのkochi関連のフォン
トを消しました。

そして、ghostscriptで日本語の表示できるように、ad hocに
/usr/pkg/share/ghostscript/7.07/lib/CIDFnmap.Kocを以下の通り変更
しました。

  /Kochi-Mincho (マシンに入っている明朝フォントの絶対パス)      ;
  /Kochi-Gothic (マシンに入っているゴシックフォントの絶対パス)  ;
