CANNA_SPOOL= ${DESTDIR}/${VARBASE}/spool/canna

Is the following patch okay for pkgsrc?

diff -b -u -r1.9 Makefile.common

 # XXX IPv6 support. To be done.

I noticed I needed above when running my pkgsrc as non-root, because
unable to create directory under /var/.

I'd also remove ${DESTDIR}/ also. Is it really needed? Or used? (Pkgsrc
doesn't really use DESTDIR. And I think use of DESTDIR has been removed
recently.)
