-fno-strength-reduce just causes less optimization and maybe harmless,
but we don't have to bother to specify it in local patches, IMO.

I think "-O2 -fno-strict-aliasing" is better than current one
because our bsd.x11.mk and xfree86.cf (in case of gcc-3.3.1 and later)
in XF4 sources have it, but I don't know whether there is any
particular or possible problem caused by -fstrict-aliasing
optimization in freewnn sources.

Well, at least I still use it from pkgsrc (and at least jserver
with pubdic+ is working fine), but I won't object removing it
if there is no maintainer of it.
