Windows 95, 98, or NT 4.0 (for Windows NT 4.0, Service Pack 3 or later
must be installed)

You can download the latest version of Juno at our website. To download
Juno, go to http://www.juno.com/

4. Is there a change in my service level when I upgrade? Do I have to pay
for the upgrade?

There will be no change in your service level and you need not pay extra
for this upgrade.

5. Can I downgrade?

Yes, you can. However, downgrading from Juno 5.0 to a lower version will
result in the loss of your saved mail folders and Address Book. Juno
version 5.0 uses a tool called the Juno Backup Wizard (Junosave) for
backing up and restoring the saved mail folders and Address Book, which is
not compatible with versions 4.0 and lower.

If you still wish to revert back to a lower version, please install the
Juno 4.0 software from a CD-ROM. At present, we are only sending out Juno
5.0 CD-ROM.

You can delete the Juno 5.0 installation after you have manually forwarded
the mails on Juno 5.0 to the lower version that you intend to use.

6. My Browser window seems to have reduced in area after I upgraded! How
do I browse with a larger browser window?

You can browse the web with a large screen when you open a new browser
window.
To do this please click on 'File' and then click 'Open new Browser'.
Alternatively, you can press 'Ctrl+N' simultaneously to open a new
browser.
