absolute links to other pages

ざっと調べた所、以下の部分で、リンクが相対パスでなく絶対パスで指
示されています。

このため、例えば ja/Documentation/kernel/ から UVM のページへリ
ンクをたどっても、日本語のページではなく、英文のページへたどり着
いてしまいます。

改善して下さいませ。
