  Documentation/pkgsrc/build/chapter.xml: 1.6 -> 1.7
  Documentation/pkgsrc/debug/chapter.xml: 1.4 -> 1.5
  Documentation/pkgsrc/examples/chapter.xml: 1.6 -> 1.7
  Documentation/pkgsrc/intro/chapter.xml: 1.9 -> 1.10

火曜日までに異議がなければ、 commit します。

binary/chapter.xml の、バルクビルドに必要な容量の説明で、
以下のように &os; が追加されたことを除き、
内容は変わっていません。
