説明文の内容の変更点は、
- man-refs.ent で実体が定義されているものを実体参照で置き換え
- 4.4BSDLite2 -> 4.4BSD Lite2
- x86-64 architecture -> amd64 architecture (formerly x86-64)
  (訳は、
  x86-64 アーキテクチャー -> amd64 (以前の x86-64) アーキテクチャー
  とした)
です。
