以下のページの更新をしました。ツッコミをお願いします。

追加された部分のうち、各メイリングリストの説明は
htdocs/Documentation/software/packages.xml rev. 1.118
のものと同じ文言なので、訳もそのまま流用しました。
月曜日までに異議がなければ、 commit します。
