changes/2001.xml の未訳部分の一部を翻訳しました。
月曜日までに異議がなければ commit します。
あと、2001 年以前のニュースで未訳のもののなかに、
同じ文言を使い回しているもの (agc@ の毎月の pkgsrc のサマリー) とか、
ports/*/news.html (翻訳済み) と同じものがあるので、
それらも別に commit しちゃいます。
