もし書き換えるのならば、

	おそらく、NetBSD で得られない唯一のものは誇大広告でしょう。
	誇大広告が欲しければ、どこか他の場所で得る必要があります。

ぐらいがいいような気がします。
media hype の media は、語義を明確にするためにあるだけだと思うので、
訳す必要はない気が。
