[pbsd-mg2] Updated English page

I've updated my english translation of the web page at
	http://www.freebsd.org/~imp/netbsd-hpcmips-en.html
to more closely reflect the latest web page, and to remove some
residual Japanese that my last version had.

The Linux folks were bragging about getting a single user shell on
slashdot, so I submitted a pointer to the main NetBSD/hpcmips web site
to slashdot (http://www.slashdot.org/) and some text saying that it
was selfhosting.  I hope that this is acceptible to everyone.
