篠原さんによると、それはキーボードが N キーロールオーバー
に対応していないからではないかということです。
ドライバの改良で対応する必要があります。
2 キーロールオーバーのキーボードは同じ列／行の 3 つのキーを
押すと、4 つめのキーが押されたかのような状態になるそうです。

Shinohara-san tells me that he guess it comes from hardware
restriction called 2 key rollover. If the keyborad is 2 key
roll over type keyboard, pushing 'p', 'o' and 't' key at one
time makes a ghost of 'y'. They belongs to a same column or
row on the matrix. It needs some improvement of the driver.

Here is the key matrix for MC/R series:

'p' and 'o' belong the same column. 'y' and 't' too.
'p' and 'y' belong the same row. 'o' and 't' too.
