Off course.  This is already done for PKGNAMEs.  So only package
directory names need to be changed.

FreeWnn packages need the prefix, since FreeWnn can be used for
Chinese and Korean.  FreeBSD already has ch- and ko- packages in their
tree.

I think these don't need.

Kinput2 is only for Japanese, AFAIK.  So no prefix needed.

Hmm.  TeXfamily is the name of the distribution of a Japanised
TeX-related package.  There exists nearly no possibility to conflict
the name with the outer world...  I mean, TeXfamily doesn't need the
prefix.  People can know what it's used for by its categories
(e.g. "print japanese") and/or its COMMENT/DESCR.
