Ports/alpha/index.xml: 1.10 -> 1.12 ほか
以下のページの更新をしました。
Ports/alpha/index.xml: 1.10 -> 1.12
Ports/sparc64/index.xml: 1.28 -> 1.29

文言は以前のニュース項目と同じものなので、訳も使いまわしです。
