new binary snapshot of NetBSD/hpcmips is now available

Binary snapshot of NetBSD/hpcmips is now available at:

  ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/hpcmips/snapshot/20010422/

This snapshot is made from sources as of 20010422-UTC.

* new features

    - installation kernel (with sysinst) for TX3912 and TX3922.
	.../installation/netbsd.TX3912.gz	for TX3912
	.../installation/netbsd.TX3922.gz	for TX3922
    - much improved power management (VR4100).
    - much improved LCD control (VR4100).
    - hot plug of PC Card is supported (TX3922).

* known problems/restrictions

    - installed kernel is for VR4100 machines. replace kernel manually
      for TX3912/TX3922.
    - you can't automagically install on machines which has only one PC
      Card socket.
    - hot plug of PC Card is not supported on TX3912.
