shlib for NetBSD/powerpc

とりあえず予告。

だいぶ動くようになってきたとおもうので、来週ぐらいに
テストをお願いします。

% ./file  file

# なんか気がつくと明るいし…。(14時間ぐらい続けて格闘してたみたい:-)
