I encountered my build problems using gcc 3.3.3 under Linux. I am not sure
if the --disable-asm helps or not. I am not sure what it means (yet).

The ../../converters/libiconv/buildlink3.mk should do the right thing by
using its corresponding builtin.mk to make sure it only pulls in pkgsrc's
version if needed.
