変更点は以下のとおりです。

- 複数の節をまとめた見出しが追加された。原文と訳は以下のとおり。
  - General operation
    一般的な操作
  - Possible downloading issues
    ダウンロードで起こりうる問題
  - Configuration gotchas
    コンフィギュレーションの技巧
  - Building considerations
    構築の考察
  - Package specific actions
    パッケージ特有の機能

- plist.xml から以下の節が移動した
  - Perl5 modules
    見出しは "Packages installing perl modules" に変更された。
    訳は「perl モジュールをインストールするパッケージ」とした。

- faq.xml から以下の節が移動した
  - Automated security check の一部 (Note to package developers: から後の部分)
    見出し "Handling packages with security problems" が追加された。
    訳は「セキュリティー問題を持つパッケージへの対処」とした。

  - Conflicts with other packages
    見出しは "Handling conflicts with other packages" に変更された。
    訳は「他のパッケージとの衝突の処理」とした。

  - Dependencies on other packages
    見出しは "Handling dependencies" に変更された。
    訳は「依存性の処理」とした。

    最初の段落の "NetBSD supports 〜" の NetBSD が pkgsrc になった。訳も同様に変更した。

    "<filename>buildlink3.mk</filename> (see <xref linkend="buildlink"/>)" が
    "<filename>buildlink3.mk</filename>, which is the preferred way to handle
    dependencies, and which uses the variables named above. See <xref
    linkend="buildlink"/> for more information." になった。
    訳は「<filename>buildlink3.mk</filename>を使った依存関
    係 (<xref linkend="buildlink"/>参照)」を「<filename>buildlink3.mk</filename>を使った依存関
    係 (依存性の処理用としては、こちらが望ましい方法です。

    二つ目の段落の "The basic difference between the two definitions is as follows:"
    の definitions が variables になった。訳は「定義」を「変数」に変更した。
